Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order.* Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long.

Yes. Shipping to Ukraine is always free, with no minimum. For other destinations, free standard shipping is available on orders of $200 USD or more. Available international shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout, and taxes are calculated at checkout. Import duties charged by local authorities may be due upon delivery. Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. Our shipping carriers work independently from BÚDZIKO, but here are a few solutions we can offer:

If your package has been marked delivered and it's only been a day or two, sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it in the next few hours.

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since the label was created, chances are it was lost in transit. Please send an email to budziko.collection@gmail.com so we can help you look into this.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

Missing packages must be reported to budziko.collection@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. This carrier-claim window is separate from our 14-day return policy for delivered items.

Eligible items may be returned when a return is requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original condition and packaging.

Gift cards and customized or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by law. Customized products remain eligible for a remedy if they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Returns must be authorized before they are shipped. Contact us at budziko.collection@gmail.com with your order number to receive return instructions and the applicable return address. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

We do not offer direct size or color exchanges. To choose another item, return the eligible item and place a new order. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can make it right.

An $8 restocking fee applies once per eligible change-of-mind return order where permitted by law. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping. The fee and return-shipping cost do not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time before the credit appears.

Use a trackable shipping service and consider shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the package until it is delivered to us. Include your order number inside the package so we can identify and process the return.
