Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are dispatched within two business days after payment. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Preorders and backordered items may have different dispatch estimates when disclosed on the product page or in your order confirmation.

Inventory is subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you about an alternative, a later dispatch, or a refund.

Shipping rates and free shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $300 USD or more. Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout and collected with your order.

Delivery estimates

Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 2 to 7 business days. International shipments are generally in transit for 4 to 22 business days. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and the available carrier options and more specific estimates are shown at checkout.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking link. Carrier tracking may take a short time to update after the label is created.

Taxes, duties, and import fees

Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. International orders may also be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by local authorities upon arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

If an international delivery is refused because duties or taxes are unpaid, the parcel may be returned to us. Any eligible refund may be reduced by return-shipping costs, duties, taxes, or other charges assessed to the return, where permitted by law. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except where required by law.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact budziko.collection@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate address changes or cancellations before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee them. Once an order has shipped, our refund policy applies.

PO boxes and military addresses

We can ship to PO boxes and military addresses using supported postal services. Courier options might not be available for these addresses.

Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels

If delivery exceeds the carrier's estimated timeframe, tracking shows a problem, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact budziko.collection@gmail.com with your order number. For visible transit damage, include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with the carrier and help arrange an appropriate resolution.

Returns

For return eligibility, fees, and instructions, review our refund policy. Returns must be authorized before they are shipped.
