Returns and refunds
Return window
Eligible items may be returned when a return is requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Returns must be authorized before they are shipped. Contact us at budziko.collection@gmail.com with your order number to receive return instructions and the applicable return address. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, customized or personalized products, and items identified as Final Sale before purchase cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by law. Customized products remain eligible for a remedy if they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
Return shipping and fees
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for trackable return shipping on change-of-mind returns. An $8 restocking fee is deducted once per eligible return order where permitted by law. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except where required by law.
The restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping do not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can provide the appropriate instructions and cover the return cost when necessary.
Use a trackable shipping service and consider shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the package until it is delivered to us. Include your order number inside the package so we can identify and process the return.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time before the credit appears.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct size or color exchanges. To choose another item, return the eligible item and place a new order. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can make it right.
International returns
Eligible international orders may be returned when a return is requested within 14 days of delivery. We do not provide prepaid international return labels, so customers are responsible for arranging and paying for trackable return shipping. Original shipping charges, duties, and import fees are nonrefundable except where required by law.
Manufacturing defects
Manufacturing defect claims may be submitted within 90 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and clear photos. If the claim is confirmed, we will cover reasonable return costs and offer a replacement if available or a refund to the original payment method. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable consumer law.
